Project Description
Experian required a consistent, secure, and scalable digital presence across 13 APAC markets while maintaining strict security standards. We delivered a unified platform powering 13 country websites from a single codebase and centralized content source, deployed in an on-premise datacenter with robust scaling and hardened perimeter controls. A custom zero-downtime deployment and migration workflow enabled rapid releases while preserving reliability and security across all regions.

Designed for on-prem elasticity using VM Scale Sets + a custom autoscaler, balancing performance, control, and cost efficiency
