Sheran Gunasekera brings over 20 years of experience in software development and cybersecurity, launching infrastructure across sectors such as e-commerce, telecommunications, banking, oil & gas, and real estate throughout the Middle East and Asia.

He has published two books on cybersecurity and led major technology initiatives regionwide.

He served as founding CTO of Gojek (Go to), helping shape its secure and scalable architecture during its rise as a major Super App.

Today, he drives innovation, system reliability, and technical excellence to support successful delivery across client projects.

Vinh Tran (David) has over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, software delivery, and business operations across global markets including the US, UK, APAC, and Australia.

He is the Founder of XBean Game, recognized by Google as one of the Top 30 Game Studios Worldwide in the Indie Games Accelerator (IGA) 2019, and the Co-founder of PhintonArt Design, winner of the Samsung Galaxy Award 2021.

Vinh previously served as a Software Delivery Manager and Delivery Director at large IT companies, leading large-scale delivery programs and cross-functional teams for global clients. He also advises several IT companies in Da Nang on strategy, organizational development, and delivery management.

With a strong background in technology and business leadership, his expertise includes leadership, operations management, human resource development, product and project management, as well as training and coaching. He holds multiple internationally recognized professional certifications and is passionate about developing people and building high-performance organizations.

Nga Tran (Harry) leads Madison's data practice, managing end-to-end data services for clients across the US, EU, and Australia, and aligning technical execution with board-level business objectives.

Her experience spans FinTech, healthcare, fitness, blockchain, and oil & gas. She has led teams of data engineers, data scientists, and analysts, designed a scalable data warehouse serving 300,000+ monthly active users, and built machine learning models that optimise churn, lifetime value, and conversion rate, including a 14-day early-warning system that lifted long-term retention by 10%.

Holding a Master of Computer Science from the University of Pisa and the University of Évora, she focuses today on turning raw data into decision-ready intelligence, building reliable pipelines and applied AI solutions that give clients a measurable edge.
