Hack In The Box (HITB) is a globally known cybersecurity and hacker conference organizer that requires a digital ticketing platform capable of handling intense event-time traffic with strong security expectations. We built a secure, scalable ticketing system that supports attendee registration and management at scale, streamlines operational workflows, and delivers reliable performance during peak surges—running successfully across 5+ years of recurring events.
Key Technical Decisions
Architected for event-time peak loads on AWS with autoscaling, ensuring stable performance during traffic spikes
