Project Description
TreeDots is positioned as Asia's first wholesale distributor of surplus and imperfect-yet-edible food supplies in Southeast Asia, with a mission to reduce food loss. We built an integrated platform that connects suppliers with businesses to sell excess inventory without compromising quality, while delivering logistics optimization for temperature-controlled products. AI/ML components support decision-making to minimize surplus waste and improve delivery efficiency—helping the ecosystem operate sustainably while remaining cost efficient.

Designed a microservices architecture so marketplace, ordering, pricing, and operations can scale independently
